You can create your own bottles from scratch, upload your own images, or choose from a growing library of built-in artwork and themes.

And here's the part that makes it yours: when you create a bottle, you're also personalizing how it arrives. You choose the image — your photo or built-in artwork — and that image becomes the invitation: the picture itself is the link your recipient taps. Like this:

What can I put in a bottle?
A personal message, photos, animated GIFs, videos,
helpful links, memories, updates for family and friends.
Can I use animated or moving pictures?
Yes. Upload a .gif as an Extra Photo and it keeps
its motion on the bottle page. There are also built-in animations (fade-in, gentle bobbing, shimmer,
sparkles) you can switch on per bottle.
Can I use my own images?
Yes. Upload your own hero image or select one from the built-in image library.
Can I use the built-in artwork?
Yes. Message Bottle includes default themes and images if you don't want to provide your own.
Can people reply?
Yes. Bottle owners can allow replies. Replies can include text, links, and photos.
Do bottles expire?
They can. Some bottles drift away after a period of time, while others stay forever.
Can I edit a bottle later?
Yes. Bottles can be updated after creation and retain the same link.
